TRAILS AT WAYSIDE
One of 9 custom luxury homes in a 39-acre development. Residences are situated on a 1+ acre lots, accessed by a series of private drives and surrounded by woodlands and riding trails.
SANTA MONICA TRANSITIONAL
This significant expansion and addition more than doubled the property's square footage on this tight suburban lot. The front lower roof section is all that remains of the original 1940's ranch house.
CANYON SITE
A steep southern California canyon site with ocean views presented both design and engineering challenges. A cantilevered concrete slab supported by reinforced columns set into the hillside was designed to met the client's desire for preservation of dramatic vistas for indoor/outdoor living space and required square footage for the growing family.
CONTEMPORARY CAPE
This client asked for a 'contemporary Cape Cod' remodel/expansion; bedrooms and office space were created in the under-used attic, and a curvilinear addition with fireplace added space, light, and drama to the main living area.
